We stopped in for a hosted VIP Night today at Crisp & Green. The location is right next to the Cumberland Street garage, and there is street parking available also. Keep in mind, the grand opening is tomorrow April 15th.
The food was, in general, fresh and healthy and consisted of salad bowls and grain bowls. There are lots of gluten-free options and vegan options. You should be advised to be careful of cross contamination with a gluten allergy (if you have Celiacs or other food allergies) because a lot of the bowls do contain gluten.

The parmesan crisps are gluten-free, but they are located next to bread crumbs. I did advise the staff of my having Celiacs and everyone dealing with my food specifically and they were happy to change gloves.
The Classic Chicken Cesar salad was great, it consisted of kale, Romain lettuce, parmesan cheese and crisps, and grape tomatoes. The Cesar dressing is very, very good here by the way and it doesn't taste mayo-y.
Hubs got the Buffalo Bowl which does contain gluten, he enjoyed that as well as the rice crispy. Everything was pretty tasty and fresh.
