So, this beach is obviously gorgeous  and I am just absorbing it all. The water was nice and warm, but the sand was burning hot. I packed this cute set just to wear to the beach. It is like a linen type seer sucker material. At 5'3 the set is too big on me, the pants need to be tailored, but otherwise I love it.

We dined at this restaurant, but did not have a good experience. The restaurant has great reviews and I saw notably  the staff was really friendly with their guests. I am just thinking the issue was just our waiter. I actually  went here for crab legs and I did not know they would not sell them until 11am. We were where at 10:30am. So we ordered food and I confirmed with our waiter at 11am the crab legs would be available and I wanted to order them. He said ok, got it. 11am rolls around and no crab legs. I asked for them two more times and still at 1130 no crab legs.

So, I finally stop the waiter and I am like when are you going to bring out the crab legs and he is like "I didn't know you wanted them". My husband and I were looked shocked like, I only said I wanted the King Crab legs about six times. So, he is like "Ok, I will bring the menu for you to look at". I was like what is there to look at, you serve crab legs and I want them. And he says well maybe I thought you meant you wanted a "crab cake".

Now I am really side eyeing him because he already confirmed crab legs like four times and he also knew I have Celiacs and can't eat a crab cake. So, he goes and gets the menu and he shows it to me and says..."WELL, I MEAN YOU SEE THIS IS MARKET PRICE SO ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT THAT"

Double speak for, can you afford this? I guess I was too black and too young to be dining there in his opinion and couldn't afford market price crab legs.

This waiter is having a whole problem and I am saying problem to be nice. Annnnddd the crab legs sucked. They were all flipped over when served, but the crab was cut with a saw that either wasn't clean or it was rusty. Now my husband worked in different grocery stores for years and he assured me it was fine to eat, the saw was probably dirty or the color of the meat changed once it was cut. 

I have never seen this before so I let him eat most of it. I can't say I wouldn't recommend the restaurant because everyone else was being treated fine. I honestly think this guy was just having a whole prejudiced moment and did not want to serve me the food I ordered.

The kicker...King Crab is significantly cheaper down South (South FL) than it is in Tampa. 

Brunch wasn't expensive. This was my ham and cheese veggie omelet, it is kind of mangled and half of it was cold on one side. This was supposed to be three eggs, but I doubt it was because I ate almost the whole thing and I usually always only eat one egg.

Hubs had a few more options since he has no dietary  restrictions.
