Summer restaurant Tour 2021:Taco Tuesday: Green and White Striped Ruffled Button Front Dress + Jimmy Choo Wedges

So, today we visited another new Tampa restaurant and this one is minority and woman owned. Xochtil is located in Tampa Heights right by Armature Works on the first floor of the Pearl residences. We were looking for the delicious quesabirria tacos which are popular pretty much everywhere, but in Tampa just about every taco place has them now (even in Top Ramen).

Anyhow, I already love this area and it's just a five minute drive for us. The staff was so helpful and friendly and we both loved the food. Today was hubby's first time having birria tacos (finally!). I couldn't have them because they weren't sure they were 100% corn*. He loved the birria tacos so much he went back for another order before we left. As I have said before, he gets to have all the fun sometimes (food wise).

*The manager did verify with me tonight the corn tortillas are gluten free.
