Tonight we had the extreme pleasure of trying out this new restaurant in downtown st. Pete called Lingr. It is a Cantonese and Scandinavian fusion upscale-casual eatery and bar. Their menu has a lot of allergens notated for every dish which is helpful and it makes ordering very easy. Vibes wise it reminded me at of some of the restaurants I have been to in Tribeca New York. All of the dishes below are gluten free except my husband's fried fish. All of this was new to us!
I grew up eating Cantonese food from a local spot near our home and absolutely love it, but I have never had Scandinavian food. Its a foodie dream of mine to do a European vacation and visit a lot of Scandinavian countries because a lot of their food tends to be gluten free with a lot of attention to detail.
