Tonight was date night and I just had to make a stop on our restaurant tour to visit Edison Food Lab! It's been over a year and a half since I have been here which is crazy. I know for a while I was waiting for some menu changes then the pandemic happened. I must say this was one of the best meals we have had during our May/June restaurant tour. Every single thing was great, but my octopus kicked it out of the park. Hubs loved his Gochujang glazed fried chicken (he loves fried chicken and I don't make it).

Raw oysters: creme fraiche-meyer lemon bubbles. fresh horseradish, tomato powder.

Olive oil poached octopus: feta fregula, baby squash + blossom, melted fennel, piquillo agrodolce, burnt honey aioli.

Gochujang glazed fried chicken: yaki udon, baby carrots, baby corn, water chestnut, snow peas, poached egg, chicken fat nori aioli, chicken dashi glace.
This amazing dessert was Gluten Free!
