Aircation: The Sea is Calling | St. Kitts & Nevis Country #26 Fly Away w/ Me!!! | Colorful Crochet Midi Dress

Sometimes you realize travel isnt just a vacation...It's also a form of healing. A small
escape from your daily life
and routine taht can make a large impact on you like a small pebble being thrown into a pond. It is truly a medicine for
your mental health.

Watching those free sunsets
breathing the fresh air, and
living in the moment is
sometimes all you need to
recharge and reset not only your mind, but your nervous system.

Give yourself that moment in
life to travel, escape, heal, and
create new memories. You mind and body will thank you for it later.

All of our meals will take place at the resort because that is where I can guarantee my food is gluten-free and not cross contaminated. I really wanted to try the local cuisine, but it isn't something we could take a chance on (me getting sick and not being able to safely fly back home). In any event, I always welcome my husband to try the local cuisine because he has no dietary restrictions, but we just didn't get a chance to. You would be so surprised at how exhausted we were the first 48 hours!

Anyhow, despite the reviews online the food at the resort was very good, very very good and it was very authentic. I had a feeling a lot of the negative reviews simply came from the price of the dinners because you really couldn't eat a meal for two without it costing 200.00 each time which was simply shocking.

Anyhow, I will provide the restaurant info and food listing's below for each blog post.
