Tori Bar Takes Haven (Tampa) + LOTN





For one night only, at Haven, we were able to
experience a dinner & cocktail menu inspired by one of my favorite restaurants, Tori Bar.
We were also able to order items from
Haven's regular menu while dining this night. We are frequently customers of both restaurants so we were excited to be back at Haven again.

We had a great time. I can't wait for the
next take over experience which will be Haven takes Tori Bar in November.













Specialty cocktail from Haven

Blush Rush:
tito's vodka, lemon, rosemary., rosé ice cubes.

(20% of proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society
& Tampa's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.



Hotate Sashimi:
serrano pepper, smashed cucurber, salami ponzu.

Chirashi:
spicy tuna, bourbon furs, iamachi,
quail egg, yame:
soy.

Edamame:
aged beef tallow, lemon, truffle salt.








Specialty cocktail from Tori Bar:

Hikari Kaze:
edamame infused haku vodka, cucumber, ginger.
lychee, lemon, dry sake.















Glacier 51 Sea Bass:
spagheti squash, spinach, almond,
massaman curry butter.


Calabrian Honey Glazed Quail:
peach, broccoli rabe, prosciutto, vin co
