Restaurant Bt is a literal Tampa gem located right in the Palma Ceia area of South Tampa focusing on Vietnamese cuisine with balance of flavors, tastes, tectures, and colors. The restaurant was also added to the Micheline Guide in 2023.
This restaurant owned and run by Chef BT Nguyen. She focuses on organic, fresh, and sustainably Florida farmed ingredients; most notably known for her elaborate plating which always includes edible flowers and herbs grown in her own gardens.
You will find that this 30 seat restaurant is not only romantic, but chic and stylish with a bar that has wine and sake as well as mimosas.
