Sunday afternoon we got a preview of Trophy Fish Tampa during an influencer event held at the new restaurant. Trophy Fish Tampa (Seminole Heights) opened this weekend to all patrons in a beautiful building where Bodega used to be. Trophy Fish's flagship restaurant is still located in St,Pete and this location shares a similar beach-y boat shack design.
Trophy Fish specializes in elevated locally caught seafood. This place has been a long time favorite for my hubs and I because they usually always have delicious blackened Snapper with a rice and veggie option. They also used to do seafood boils twice a year and that has been added to the menu to order at anytime (Seafood boil for 2). I want to note this seafood boil is now cooked in beer so it probably is no longer gluten-free.
There are also more items on the menu that I at-least never saw at the flagship location. Most of these are not gluten-free so I stick to what is, but I will list some below.
