Event Counter Culture
Palma Ceia
Tampa

Todays event was hosted by Counter Culture with cocktails by Creator of Cocktails. The brunch lunch menu at Counter Culture is extensive. The menu is two pages and you can probably guess it consists  of breakfast items and lunch items. Today we got to choose items to try from a small menu of the restaurant favorites as well as the specialty cocktails.

Brunch Lunch is being served every weekday from 11am to 3pm details here. Below you find some of the menu items that we tried today. The exciting news is that now for this part of the day Counter Culture will be serving up their sammies with the option of gluten free bread or bagels! This is a huge deal for us Celiacs. They have quite a few sandwich  options on the menu.

This is the wood grilled cesar chicken sandwich. It comes with fries (the fryer is not free of gluten cross contaminates though), but I subbed the fries for the skillet potatoes which are awesome.

The Gem lettuce  is lightly charred and the sandwich is served up with anchovy Parmesan , & provolone; it is absolutely delishes.

The Key Wester: Wood plancha seared Grouper, orange banga cauda, arugala shaved salad, Scotch Bonet tartar sauce and handcut fries.

During brunch lunch you have the choice of this drink which serves 4 and comes in a caraff. This drink is called " South TPA Brunch punch which consists of Coconut Cartel rum, velvet falaernum, sherry, pineapple, lime, blanc de blanc and assorted fruit.

The perfect cocktail flight served one by one hand crafted by Creator of Cocktails Rachel.

Wolfe
Highwestt blended Bourbon, Giffardapricot du rousillion, basil, and lemon.
