We went out for lunch and Arature Works had all the vibes. The music playlist that day was fire and I was so mad that I couldn't find out what was being played with Shazaam. It wasn't busy, as Delta is spreading more and more there are less people out and as we get into the hottest days of Summer no one really wants to sit outside and eat. I'll say this, it is busy indoors at a lot of places, but we are always outside.
So, this dish in particular is why I named the blog post what I did. This is a really popular and authentic dish in Spain. When you think of paella you probably think of yellow rice, chicken, shrimp, chorizo; this is not that. And I have heard the locals mix all the aioli in and eat it all mixed together. So, I bought this dress with the intentions of being in the Caribbean on vacation and I wore it last year while in quarantine so today was the day! Today was perfection and I did not mind being outside. It's been over a year since we visited Oak & Ola which was one of our favorite restaurants for gluten free fried seafood, french fries, and cake.
