Hi loves! Over the next couple of posts I will be sharing my little Air-cation adventures with you all! I was invited down to Cape Coral, FL to the Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village by Marriott to try the new menu at the Nauti Mermaid Bar & Grill and Marker 92, the resorts two restaurants and bars. We had an awesome time and who doesn't love trying new food and hanging out by the river? In this case the Caloosahatchee River which feeds out to the Everglades. Cape Coral is about half an hour away from Fort Myers and it was a really peaceful and enjoyable drive from Tampa at almost three hours. So, if you guys are interested in some contactless and safe foodie fun and vacation vibes just stay tuned.

The new menus are inspired by the restaurants’ locales, waterfront settings and relationships with local purveyors. The dishes incorporate ingredients sourced primarily from regional farmers and fishermen to showcase the best local bounty.
Local shrimp (Sanibel pink) blackened and grilled with curried cauliflower and squash
Florida Salad
Atisan lettuce, pickled onion, sunflower seeds, queso fresco, fresh berries, and chilly herb vinaigrette.
(Salad is gluten free, dressing is not and you can sub out the dressing).
