Hi loves! This is the epic recap of my stay at the historic Vinoy Renaissance Hotel in St. Petersburg, Fl. This is a hotel that my husband and I dreamed of staying at since high school and its not easy to get a room there to be honest. They underwent some construction years back which did impede us from making this trip before. The hotel is basically split into two wings, one is the historic side where we stayed and the other is the modern renovated side which has chic Miami style rooms. I was happy to stay on the historic side to get a feel of the charm and vibe of the original hotel and we loved it.

The highlight of the night was a tour of the wine room which was led by the restaurants wine purchaser. I have always wanted to do a tour of a wine room and have never been at a restaurant that actually had one that was worth going into. Surprisingly they keep it very cold in the wine room which I did not expect. We got to see vintage wines and wines as old as from the early 1900's.
