We decided to come to Cask Social for a quick lunch. They don't have a lot of gluten free options, but I do like their bunless burgers and drinks.

So, for those of you that are gluten free for medical reasons remember not all collard greens are created equal! Sometimes people add flour to thicken them, some places may not check to see if their chicken stock is gluten free, the meat used may have fillers or additives, and lastly, they could just be cross contaminated. Collard greens are naturally gluten free and my husband was sure I did not need to test them, but I knew better. The collards tested positive for gluten up to 20 parts per million. Luckily, they were in their own cast iron container and they never came in contact with my burger so they just took them back and replaced them with a side salad.
