Happy Friday Jr loves! Tonight was the opening night of American pop artist Robert Indiana: A Sculpture Retrospective which is an exhibit at the Tampa Museum of Art. This is the second exhibit to come out this month in the #seasonoflove series; you can find the last Yayoi Kusama: Love Is Calling Exhibit post here. This exhibit explores a 50 year time span of Robert Indiana's career.
A lot of the exhibit was the iconic LOVE sculpture(s) as well as the EAT DIE HUG ERR sculptures and signage. Its a great experience so if you are in the Tampa area you can see the whole exhibit at the Tampa Museum of Art and make a date night of it on the weekend or Fourth Friday. The museum is open until 5pm everyday except Thursdays where it closes at 8pm and Fourth Friday. The exhibit is $15.00 and free for students with I.D. Paying for one exhibit gives you access to the whole museum.
