Tonight we went to a curated cooking class at the Epicurean Hotel and the restaurant that was featured was the Rez Grill. The Rez Grill is located at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and I honestly haven't been there since I was in college- before this restaurant opened. I got a chance to experience the food and meet the chef which was great. He was knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and so a lot of my food photos will show what my husband ate vrs what I ate which was gluten free.
