Today we visited Ceviche Tapas in Downtown St. Pete.  They recently closed their original location on Beach Drive to renovate a space {previously housing Moon Under Water} on Beach Drive in March 2021; After a long wait they finally re-opened in August and we were there to check out the new menu.
