Date Night Supreme: Checking Out The Newly Reno'd Flemming's South Tampa + LOTD (Re-styling)

Tonight we are going to finally visit the newly completely renovated Flemmings restaurant over in the Met West area of Tampa which is basically everything on Boyscout adjacent to International plaza and Bay Street.

I like restyling outfits as you can see. I had a huge issue with Google deleting about 2 and a half years worth of my photos from my drive when they did some kind of purge 2 years ago.

As a result not only were about 2.4 years worth of photos deleted (it appears to be 2015 to 2017), but this happened to cpu tless other people as well. It's heartbreaking and frustrating because I PAY for the drive space and we all were assured we had nothing to worry about, but a lot of people have reported their photos are gone.

So, I have been restyling a lot of looks from that time frame if I still have the clothes and just having a good time with it. So, this is a completely restyle look, only the heels and accessories are new.

I know I am giving Spring, but Florida weather is so crazy you can wear Spring and Summer clothes almost all year long. These are also my favorite colors.

Jumper: Not recent, Red Dress

Jacket: Not recent

Heels: Jimmy Choo

Bag: Louis Vuitton Alma, PM

Lipstick: MAC Ruby Woo

So, this is the new Flemmings restaurant in Tampa. The old one I believe was next door to what used to be Roy's and I believe both were torn down completely. So, I say renovation, but this actually was built from the ground up in the space where Roy's used to be.

Do you guys remember Roy's my old...old...old stomping ground 13 years ago?

Ok, so the building is beautiful and it is huge. It's larger than the old building with a dull bar, large sitting areas that almost feel like a cafeteria because there are just so many tables. There are quite a few rooms for large parties which are labeled for different places in Tampa for example, we were near the "Ybor Room". I do also recall seeing outdoor seating of some type also.

I wanted to come for brunch, but their brunch menu is basically a blend of lunch and dinner and I wanted eggs at the time so I decided to wait a week and come for dinner instead. Since they just opened I would recommend a reservation unless you go on a non-busy night.

What I can say is the salads were good, decent, and the only underwhelming thing about dinner and I mean that in a good way. Dinner was fantastic for many reasons which I'll go ahead and list now.

-Service and attention detail

-Plating, expedition and overall food quality was also great.

-great ambiance

while we experienced a few hiccups, the staff apologized at all points and made things right. So, for example, the cocktail I had below had a lemon lace on it which basiy looks like bubbles. Well, they put so much of this bu ble lace stuff on the top, I actually couldn't drink it because it was in my nose and it was running down the glass. Without me even asking for another drink put waitress brought me a second drink on her and said I put too much lace on that one, but keep both please.

That was really nice. I was struggling so hard to drink that drink too.
