We dined in at P.F. Chang's because I wanted Beef Pepper steak by special request. The restaurant is pretty dark inside so I did the best I could with these photos. They are extremely consistent at this location with food the food pretty much always tastes the same. Since we were dining in we did get to try some new menu items below.

They used to have Beef Pepper steak on the gluten free menu years ago and it is my favorite thing to order. I asked if they could make it (gluten free since they have before in the past), but they didn't have all the ingredients. Anyhow, the Chef suggested I order the Beef and Broccoli and add bell peppers + onions and they would try to get it as close to Beef Pepper steak as they could. They did a pretty good job because it tasted almost exactly like Beef Pepper steak to me (they could have left out the broccoli entirely in my opinion).
