Summer Collaboration with JustFashionNow X Fashiontolive- A Cautionary Tale

I collaborated with this company JustFashionNow after the emailed me and it turned out to be one of the worst collaborations I have ever done. It all started when I did some light research on the company and was mislead about where it was actually located. So, I had already agreed to a Summer post (for free) and I picked out my dress. First off, it took 90 days to arrive because it came from China. Next, they sent me the wrong dress and it wasn't like "oh, we made a mistake". They purposely sent me the wrong dress in the color of the original dress I wanted (most likely because it was cheaper) and then tried to act like it was an accident.

Then claimed none of the links for the dress were available anymore and I pointed out it was quite a coincidence that every time I send them a link for a dress it magically doesn't work when they get it. At this point I am already annoyed and the are like "Well when are you going to post the photos". I basically was like you did not even send me the right dress and you are trying to brush that off like it was nothing. If they will do something like that with a blogger they are collaborating with what will they do with a paying customer?

So, I tell them to send the correct dress and I looked over my emails and realized I was supposed to be sent two dresses not one. So, once again I am waiting like another 90 days for the "correct" dress to be reshipped to me. I get no tracking number whatsoever,  but they confirmed it was the "right dress". So, the dresses have not even been delivered and they come demanding where is their post. I am like look, there isn't even a delivery or dress to be seen and you never gave me a tracking number, how they heck are you demanding something from me after all this unprofessional behavior you have displayed and I am doing this for free. I asked before you come marking demands, maybe you should look at your tracking number! Lo and behold, the shipment is in Atlanta, not Tampa, and my point of contact did not even bother checking that simple thing before emailing me. Upon trying on the maxi dress again, its the wrong dress. They sent the wrong dress twice.

Now, I am not crazy, they confirmed the correct dress with a photo and a link, yet twice they sent me this mess of a dress. Its too baggy, its ill fitting, and it looks sloppy to say the least its a dress I would never order. The dress I ordered was a classy vintage style lace maxi dress and I got this two times. This dress isn't even one that was on their website.

This is a cautionary tale to say the least because this company can't even get orders correct when its a collaboration.
90 day shipping
ill fitting clothes.

The next dress here they did get correct shockingly. It's also very big on me even for a small. It's see-through and comes with a little camisole underneath that fits above mid thigh.  The fabric (Polyester) stains easily so you can't spray perfume directly on it. As you can see my hair is wet and their are spots all over the dress from my hair product. Overall, the fabric and design are just ok. It's nothing I would recommend.

As a blogger and content creator I always offer transparency and let you guys know if its a paid sponsored post or if the items are C/O a company. I also would never agree to a collaboration that I did not think would benefit my subscribers, meaning I am not in this to "influence" you all to buy whatever from wherever so I get paid or get something for free. I am going to give you my honest opinion even when its not a good one like this post. The research I did was not enough and this is the result.
