VLOG City Life: What I Eat When My Husband is Away On Business Gluten Free/Flexitarian Part 5

Roast salmon with stovetop Mac and cheese with chives





Gluten free pressed panini sandwich 




Savory Beef and bok choy




Savory Beef noodle soup
 3 ounces of ground beef
-seseme oil
-small whole garlic cloves 4
-salt
-pepper
-green onion )the green and white parts)
-2 ounces of beef broth
let simmer and cook on medium until beef is browned and tender

broth
-chicken broth 3 ounces
-beef broth 3 ounces
-a few ounces of water
- diced white onion
-sliced green onion (the white parts)
-salt
-chili powder
-garlic powder
-seseme oil
-seseme seeds
-seseme seaweed paper
-pho noodles

when it is all done combine in bowl and garnish with beef and cilantro and hot chili oil
