Is it strange to sat that staying at this Disney resort has been more of a hassle than just staying on I-drive and dealing with the traffic??? Well, today was a hot mess literally and figuratively. Trying to find somewhere to eat that had gluten free food. We gave up and went to Universal and had an amazing time. At least I got to go to the Animal Kingdom resort, but they had all the same animals as Busch Gardens and I worked in the veldt for years so I was unimpressed! Not to sound uppiddty though. Our day was 100% salvaged by just jumping ship and going to Universal I think we will stay there in the future. The food posts and OOTN will be posted tomorrow.
