Tonight's dinner is at which opened last Ocotber after they had announced a July opening. I had already planned on having this restaurant in my food tour for Sarasota in 2025 and I waited to conclude it to include it. 

The restaurant group owning this new restaurant also own JPAN and KORE which have also been featured. As you can see I am very much a fan of their restaurants and they do a terrific job accommodating Celiacs and they throw great events.

I visited Kurō during their soft opening in October 2025 when they had their Block Party which was a really fun celebration. During this celebration it was more of a buffet that had some items from the menu like sashimi, but mostly items I didn't not find on the menu, do I knew I would be back again.

The great thing about this restaurant is that there is a fusion of different items and it is not from one culture so you have a lot of options.

This is my favorite drink here and it is so pretty.
