So, to be clear I have followed and wanted to visit this restaurant for a while. I thought it was a great place for brunch and every post I have seen has "looked" great. However, this is a restaurant this basically serving vibes and Instagram fakeness in my opinion.  On the day I came in for brunch, my birthday they literally could not get anything right. Everything was wrong, staff was rude, the food was not good, they didn't even open on time in the morning and left us (and a crowd of people) waiting outside in the sun for over 30 minutes past the opening time.

This restaurant was so unbelievably underwhelming and literally if you look at their Instagram page it looks like a party and a fun time. No lie they didn't even turn on any music overhead as background noise until almost two hours after we had been there. 

We were there for almost three hours because service was so slow even though only about 30 of us had been waiting outside. The bar was giving better service than our waiters and we had no idea who our waiter was because no one would even come to our table for almost an hour after being seated. Eventually, the guy working the bar came and asked if we wanted water or cocktails. He is the only person who actually did anything right.

So, I hear these frozé drinks are the best. Please tell me why they served up my drink in this tiny plastic cup and the ice melted almost immediately. 

Frozés are usually served up in a nice wide rimmed wine glass, frozen, with the champs, fresh fruit and all of that. Why are they serving this tiny drink in this cup and still charging the same price as what should have been a much larger drink.

Now, Tampa is a city that drinking outside on Riverwalk is legal and it's only legal if you have a plastic cup similar to this. I am very familiar with this. This is not the way this drink should have been served at a sit down brunch while in the restaurant. 

This is just brewed black tea. It was very very good. You see the glass they put it in? The frozé at the least should have been in something like this.

Now, the brunch menu had only two gluten-free items and it was this salad and tacos. I paid extra to add the lobster as well. It was rhe worst salad I have ever had. I ended up giving the overcooked lobster to my husband because was really the only thing worth attempting to eat. His food also was so delayed and came out soaked in oil and the fried fish was still uncooked! That's why I gave him my lobster. At that point we asked to speak to a manager. He took the fish sandwhich off our bill (because it was inedible), but in general he was relatively unfazed by the terrible service.

This restaurant is a total catfish.

If you are going to come here to this restaurant on I-Drive also know you have to pay to park in their garage because it's a part of Pointe Orlando. I think they validate valet parking and it brings the price down to 15$. If you eat here you will get better service at the bar. We were there for three hours and never had an actual waiter. No one greeted us or brought us basic things like water, utensils or menus. Someone from the bar had to step in.

The food was mediocre from the oysters to the salad to the fish Sammie. They definitely ruined my birthday brunch and the staff was so rude except the bartender.
