Breakfast at the B&B
This was a beautiful set up, but ultimately a fail! Noted on their website they claim to be able to accommodate allergies, however when we requested a gluten free breakfast almost everything they had made was a pastry or pancakes. They said the omelette and the potatoes were the only thing they had that was gluten free. When we asked what the crunchy stuff was on the potatoes they were kind of confused and said it was corn flakes...then they said it was GF, then they said it wasn't. So we had another omelette made and sent up and guess what? It was completely empty! This is not the first time when staying at a hotel the staff basically got scared and sent up an empty omelet. It's such a sad sad thing to do to someone. It feels so wrong to eat a big egg patty because that is basically all it is at that point. The eggs were great though and it was a beautiful omelet, it is too bad they majorly failed at this though.
