After almost a month my lips are still retaining their moisture. My lips are smoother, they are not peeling, or cracked as they usually are. The only thing I can say is that I haven't worn lipstick since the treatment and lipstick is usually the main thing that dries out my lips.

Sous vide Cumin spiced pork chop with roast zucchini squash
Pre-heat Sous Vide to 140 degrees and place 1 pork chop in a sealable bag each with the following:
-salt
-pepper
-garlic powder
-sumac
-cumin
-Harrissa
-half a tablespoon of butter
-evoo

Let the pork chops cook for 1 hour
Internal temperature should be 145 degrees
Finish off in the oven in cast iron or roasting rack
Pour reserved juices from baggie over the zucchini squash and let them roast on the rack also.

Seasoned wings with rice and beans

Pre-heat Sous Vide to 155 degrees and place 1 turkey drumstick in a sealable bag with
-salt
-pepper
-garlic powder
-Badia complete seasoning
-evoo
-half a table spoon of butter
-optional: white onions, bell pepper, or rosemary sprigs

let it cook in the water for 2 hours
-Internal temperature of the turkey should be 180 degrees when you remove the drumsticks from the bags.
-and finish off in the oven for 20 additional minutes.
-set the oven to 425 degrees
-you can place on cast iron or a roasting rack.
-Pour reserved juices from baggie over the zucchini squash and let them roast on the rack also.
