Tonight I was invited out to the Iberian Rooster in downtown St. Pete to try their new menu items during their "Taste of Portugal" event. The Iberian Rooster is a family owned home styled restaurant that has been in operation for generations. Many of the recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and span the globe from Brazil, to Portugal to Goa. The Iberian Rooster is dedicated to providing a distinctive colonial Portugese cuisine designed to captivate even the most seasoned foodie. They have a few gluten free options on their menu (yay!) and I was happy to try them out. I had Mr. Hubs in tow to try the others. Their food is pretty great so if you are in the area check it out, they serve pretty large portions also. Photos below.
