Anniversary Dress OOTN "Oh Baby"

Hi loves! I finally got to wear my dress that I picked out for my anniversary! Most of the restaurants we dinned at on vacation were quite casual, so I did not feel that it was the right time to wear this dress. It stopped raining for a few hours and we decided to go to dinner. My hair is still unwashed from the original twist and curl I did about three weeks ago. I added some primrose oil and untwisted the twists that I had in from my trip.
