Dinner Date at Home: Temaki & Norimaki Night





















































Ingredients 


Sushi rice

Black caviar

the greenish brown caviar 

a large salmon roe

chives

a lemon

cucumber 

Shiso leaves /radish sprouts, micro greens, or mung beans (replacement)

Mint leaves or Thai Basil leaves (replacement)

sushi grade tuna or salmon

1 small lobster

5 Key West shrimp

a small container of cream cheese 

1 package of Annie Chongs sesame crisp snacks.

Organic mayo

Trader Joe's Sriracha seasoning 

Trader Joe's Furikake seasoning

Nori sheets

Tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)

Optional 
Edible flowers
chili oil 
Sesame oil
Kewpie mayo
Avacado

Assembly

Plating 
u shaped handroll stand (metal or wood)
saucers

Instructions to cook lobster and shrimp:

Drop the tails one at a time into a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook a 5- to 6-ounce lobster tail for about 5 minutes. Maine Lobster has a great guide about how long to boil different sized lobsters. Transfer the cooked lobsters to a bowl of ice water.
