This is the second time I have come to the chef collaboration with Chef Andrew Yeo. This time was quite dissapointing because NOTHING on the menu was gluten-free and nothing could be made gluten-free because everything was pre-made in batches. So, I tried two of the craft cocktails from the menu that was curated for the collaboration. Our waitress did something great, she asked me what I would like to eat from any of the restaurants in the hotel and she would have them bring it up to the Arts club for me. That was amazing and empathetic of her! Usually I just get told "too bad so sad" when nothing is gluten-free. So, I just wanted to shout her out for her outstanding service which endillibly changed the trajectory of our experience that night.
So, below you will see all the dim sum from the collaboration then my gigantic gluten-free Parisian Cuban Sandwhich which is from the Lobby Bar on the first floor.
Now, this sandwich comes with fresh French fries that I didn't get because they didn't have a dedicated fryer. So, I went across the street for some from The Pearl because they do. And then craziness ensued because we started eating again lol. I love the Pearl because they have so many gluten-free options and they have a dedicated fryer for everything.SECOND DINNER
