As promised: this is part two of our Valentines Day dinner at Kappo Tsan. I can not say enough great things about rhis restaurant and Chef David. The previous post shared the Valentine's Day prefix dinner. 4 out of 6 courses were gluten-free so I opted for mybfavorite which is the Norigami Chefs selection of 10 nigiri's.

Now, I did indeed get to taste thhe other courses which Ibspoke about in part one. I did not want this getting lost in that post so it is its own post.

I have taken to enjoying a glass of sake when I have my nigiri tastings. I used to not like sake way back like 15 years ago because I was new to having it. Once I found out you can get sparkling sake or just like a Fruity light sake it changed the game for me. 

One of the things I like about sake is that it does not cause any allergic reactions and autoimmune reactions for me like regular wine does.
