Hi loves! I hope January has been a most excellent month for you all! Naturally, we all want the first month of the year to go well. This month's project was my New Years table in silver and purple! I think it turned out quite beautifully and you can find many of these items at Crate & Barrel.
The other store I purchased from I will not be mentioning by name because I received terrible customer service (earlier this month) and management was pretty blase about their associates behavior, therefore, in the future, I will no longer promote this store.
As a content creator I will never ever knowingly promote any company that has unethical practices.
FITNESS: I think that I am doing a great job of staying active and fit. I feel like I still need to loose 5 pounds (mostly on my back & lower stomach, lol) and I am not actively trying to loose weight right now; I am just having fun. I was pretty lucky to come out of the holidays with just a little holiday bloat which went away …
Welcome to a new week and the last week of the month! Despite many emotional and physical set backs I have had this month, I am feeling very optimistic going into the last week of the very first month of this year! Thank you so much to everyone who wished me best wishes last week (on Instagram) when I had a really really bad day, it means a lot. I am not one to get upset easily and I am not one to complain. I was raised pretty strict and was pretty much taught not to complain unless I am bleeding or dying lol. Usually, when I have reached a boiling point its been going on for months or weeks and I have tried everything to resolve the issue and then I have just had enough. Going into this week I feel very empowered and positive (which is how I usually am).
Tonight's outfit was so me, but so not me at the same time. I fell in love with this mixed knit sweater because of the color (I love purple) and because this sweater is so chunky and inviting. We don't get winter down here …
Happy Friday loves! Today, I wanted to share another "Business Casual" look with you all. This skirt is a sweater skirt and it is so comfy! Its about 50 degrees here right now; so, if you pair this skirt with a layering tank and a cardigan you will be cute, comfy, and warm. New York & Co and the Eva Mendes line have been my favorite for over ten years and they are pretty much one of my go to stores for cute professional wear. I hope you all had a great week! My week was pretty messed up, but I am looking forward to this weekend and to also having some fun. XOXO.
PS: I am looking forward to doing some filming at night, I finally got a light for my office after about 4 years! There will be some new content up this up-coming week for YouTube.

Hi loves! Tonight, we went out for sushi at a place that has some nice GF offerings. As you may know, we experienced some insane weather this past weekend so its currently a whopping 74 degrees (and to boot, I am freezing lol). I figured it was the perfect opportunity to play around with layers (my favorite) and accessories. So today, I am using the lace bralet as an accessory and a layer.
A peek-a-boo lace bralet is the perfect way to take a relatively plain outfit from wow to YOWW. A lace bralet not only ads layers, but dimension, and depth to a look with very little effort; all you need is confidence! This is my second pee-a-boo lace look, how would you all style a lace bralet? Let me know in the comments!
