Wow, this was another fantastic restaurant takeover at the Arts Club, Tampa Edition.

Miami came to us again as Tam Tam Miami brought their amazing Vietnamese Cuisine to us. I had an amazing time, but not only that, the food was fantastic! I realized that my experiences with Vietnamese food have been so limited because what I have here in Tampa is mostly pho and French Vietnamese food. I was so excited to try this. Now everything was amazing, but the duck curry was amazing. I thought I had curry before, but not like this!
JUNGLE STEAK TARTARE
Shalot. crispy garlic, egg yolk, fire ant salt.
SCALLOP CRUDO
