I'm not embarrassed about anything I went through, What may be "tea for you, is a testimony for me. 

If you're gonna talk about what broke me, invite me to the table so I can tell you what I did with the pieces...If you knew what it took for me to get on a flight, then you will understand this video because I have extreme anxiety and panic attacks in all parts of my life and yes, I have flown many many times before. 

With the right encouragement, anything can be possible. I may not be ready to fly across the world, but this Summer, I felt like I regained a part of my life that I lost in the last 4 years because the p- demix definitely made these isaues harder..

We had a firey sunset as we prepared for our decent into Panama City and the sky was so beautiful.

I have been to 7 or 8 countries in the last year. It's only fitting my Summer end with this trip and I still have more to share.

But am I still done? When is # 28. Panamá has my heart right along with Bermuda, Curaçao and Aruba and Puerto Rico and Cuba.

The suite we stayed at while in Panama. I usually like to give hotel details however, this particular hotel would not allow me to even take photos of my outfit in the empty lobby at midnight. We were bothering no one and they sent security after me, its always me, never my husband. 

I understand it is policy, but I am not going to give them free advertisement for their hotel when they literally would not let me take a photo of my "Look of the Night" and it was raining and dark so I could not go outside.

I went 10 years without flying and with extreme anxiety and panic attacks I flew two times in less than one month. I never could even look out the window when I flew before and I had been missing out on all this amazing blue!
