Rooster & The Till
Seminole Heights
Michelin Bib Gourmand Recipient 2022

Everything below is gluten free.

We are long time customers of this restaurant, we periodically stop in to see what is new on the menu and what is gluten free. What is great is that they now have clear GF denotations on their menu (they didn't a long time ago). The only thing that seemingly has changed is the status of the restaurant ie; their receiving  a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2022.

What is a Michelin Bib Gourmand you might ask? There is info here.

"Since 1997, our best value for money restaurants – offering a three course meal at a reasonable price – have been pointed out using a special award: the Bib Gourmand. The price limit for Bib Gourmand consideration varies from country to country, depending on the cost of living, but the inspectors are searching for the same high quality, wherever they happen to be in the world."

"What Bib restaurants do have in common is their simpler style of cooking, which is recognizable and easy-to-eat. A Bib Gourmand restaurant will also leave you with a sense of satisfaction, at having eaten so well at such a reasonable price."

In Florida many restaurants received  the Bib Gourmand in 2022 and not a Michelin Star. Tampa received  three total. You can find the list of Florida recipients here.

A5 Miyazki Handroll
Grilled enoki mushrooms | uni | Osetra caviar

For me the menu is limited to my tastes and to my being a Celiac, but one of the long time restaurants favorites on the menu is the Cobia Collar.

I actually ordered this not knowing it was beef, I don't eat a lot of meat, beef in particular and I usually don't eat tartar and this is like a cross between tartar and a small handroll. The restaurant  at night is honestly  really dark so I had to hit these photos with the "Food held hostage flash". I actually didn't know I had beef until I looked at the photos when I got home. There were so many flavors and complexities, but as someone who is really veg and seafood based, I tasted the mushrooms and caviar immediately.
