Ingredients
- 1 lbs sirloin steak cut into slivers
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
- 2 Tbspn Gluten free soy sauce (Tamari)
- 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil
- 2 cups thinly sliced green bell peppers (red is optional)
- 1 sliced onion
- pinch of salt
Marinate the steak in for 30 minutes:
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/4 Gluten free cup soy sauce (Tamari)
- 1 tsp powdered or ground ginger
- 1 Tbspn cornstarch
Pre-heat cast iron pan with EVOO once hot:
-Cook bell peppers first for 4 minutes (they will still be crsp) add salt.
-Add onions and cook 3 minutes or until translucent
- Add in the steak and fry until cooked medium or medium rare.
- Cook white rice according to package
- Serve with black and white Sesame seeds
