Ingredients

  • 1 lbs sirloin steak cut into slivers
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 2 Tbspn Gluten free soy sauce (Tamari)
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 2 cups thinly sliced green bell peppers (red is optional)
  • 1 sliced onion
  • pinch of salt

Marinate the steak in for 30 minutes:

  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1/4 Gluten free cup soy sauce (Tamari)
  • 1 tsp powdered or ground ginger
  • 1 Tbspn cornstarch

Pre-heat cast iron pan with EVOO once hot:
-Cook bell peppers first for 4 minutes (they will still be crsp) add salt.
-Add onions and cook 3 minutes or until translucent
  1. Add in the steak and fry until cooked medium or medium rare.
  2. Cook white rice according to package

  3. Serve with black and white Sesame seeds
