November 2020 City Life- Hauls, Fitness, Natural Hair Updates, Fashion, and Gluten Free Cooking

November was such a bitter sweet month for me; I just can't find the words. This whole year has been something else and now we are in the last month of it and many are holding on by a prayer that 2021 is better. I personally have gone through more in this one year than in any year ever and a lot of it I have not talked about.

In this last month of November I realized a lot of things and one of them was that I should not keep putting off furnishing my new home. So, thats what I did, I ordered everything I needed to finish the  living room, dining room, and bedroom after about six months of waiting. I was waiting because deliveries are stringent due to Covid 19. I did this in November, but the furniture wont be here until December and hopefully it all works out well. We have been in the new house for 5 months now.

I am trying to go out more. I am not talking about going out out, just getting outside more. I am way too sequestered and it is because Florida is pretty much out of control with Covid 19 and I am pretty sure everyone knows that so there is no need to elaborate.

New collaboration with Bootay Bag (also just seen on Shark tank)

I picked up some new Fall face masks from Z Supply (as seen on my blog)

I had a chance to try out this brand of lounge wear the entire month on November by partnering with them. I am wearing the robe and tank top in gray and it is a fabric that is made from bamboo. Its extremely soft, comfortable, and regulates body heat. I have washed it more than 7 times and it has not shrank or lost color. Furthermore, I have extremely sensitive skin and it did not cause any irritation. I would highly recommend this luxury product. Cozy Earth is also on the list of "Oprah's Favorite Things".

This was another Yelp Elite event for this month at Aussie Grille Wesley Chapel/Lutz.

And we tried (well, hubs tried) the new holiday menu item Roast Duck from P.F. Chang's (it isn't gluten free and can not be made gluten free).

GLUTEN FREE MEALS COOKED BY MYSELF- RECIPES AVAILABLE BY REQUEST IF NOT POSTED.

10 things about me Mrs. Foodiva

1. My IG is as much about food as it is fashion, beauty, travel, fitness, and natural hair.

2. I have been a content creator for over 10 years now.

3. Gluten free (Celiac) for almost 9 years now.

4. I was never taught how to cook, I taught myself. I practice clean eating, I used to count calories ages ago, but now I pretty much know how much to eat which is what I want. As a result of working out, eating clean, calorie counting, and being gluten free etc. I lost 72 pounds almost 10 years ago and kept it all off.

5. My hubs also went through the same journey, he has no food allergies, but eats the same at home because I have a GF kitchen so there is no cross contamination. So, when he decided to go keto for a little over a year I was well equipped to help him and he lost over 50 pounds.

6. Most meals I make are fairly inexpensive and less than a few dollars a meal and they are low calorie, low in fat and cholesterol.

7. I did not start eating oysters until about three years ago.

8. What do I miss? Cuban sandwiches if I could have gluten/ Right now: gluten free fried rice and sushi omakase and gluten free fish and chips.

9. I love decadent food, new food, and dining experiences.

10. This year I have cooked more days consecutively than ever due to the pandemic we stay home 99% of the time.
