Hi loves! It has been raining non stop here in Florida and when it rains I usually reach for my boots and tunic (or long sweater). How perfect was this Phillip Lim for Target blouse in this beautiful print. Not only was this outfit sophisticated and casual it also was comfortable. I loved how this blouse feels tailored and pairs well under a blazer, but alone it looks like a tailored tunic.
