Vlog 30 Days of Squats Challenge


Hi loves! So this is a vlog that I decided to do because I realized I really should share my results! I started doing 20 squats a day in July and I am now approaching 60 days straight of doing squats. As stated in the video I have lost about an inch and a half off of my thighs, waistline, and lower waistline.
