Get Fit With Me Mid Summer Update

Hi loves! So here is that update I have been promising! I hope you enjoy the video. I will do a final update in September at the end of summer.

-Workout 20 min on treadmill 2-3x a week instead of 2x 40 min a week

-Still on a gluten free diet. Main changes: I am trying to eat more turkey now than pork. I have been cooking a llot of new turkey recipes (pics on IG). I will be uploading some new turkey recipes/cooking tutorials soon!
