Fashion Friday: How I style a scarf as a shirt

Hi loves! So I had this amazing blazer from Forever 21 for a while now, but I didn't know how I wanted to style it. I found this neon scarf from Asos and I had the idea to wear it as a shirt with the blazer and neon shoes. Any excuse to wear neon shoes right! This is scarf look #3 from my YouTube video.
