I have been looking for something to wear this shirt with since February! I finally put this outfit together and loved the outcome. The contrast of the colors is the best and ruffles are my favorite because they can make an outfit look more involved than it really is as well as feminine. These midi skirts from Forever 21 are also great because you can pair them with just about anything and look great!
