Craft Riverboat
This is supposed to be a luxury experience.
The Craft Riverboat has been in operation just a little over a year now opening in March of 2024. They have lunch and dinner service as well. As a Celiac, that is what initially held me back from joining last year, because I never saw any menus on their website. I waited for reviews, but no one really discussed the gluten-free aspect of this luxury Riverboat experience and that is where I come in!
With that being said most of their menu is very Celiac friendly. This Lump crab cake was gluten-free and it was well worth the price of 38$ It was huge and enough for two. It was delicious and arguably among one of the best that I had. The remoulade duo was also very tasty.
The remaining portion of this brunch is included in the boat ride except the cocktails.
Gluten free option
So, most of the mains were good options and could be made gluten-free if not already. My main issue is the options all contained meat and I actually didn't want meat. In particular, red meat which is why I just got a salad with grilled chicken. They actually need a brunch option of just eggs your way. The two brunch (breakfast) items contained bread and I did want eggs and bacon it was not an option.
So I got this salad which was pretty dissapointing to say the least. It didn't have any cheese or tomatoes or any vegetables in it. It was pretty deconstructed. It contained hard boiled eggs which I also am not a huge fan of, but I'll eat them. On the whole, for a 200$ brunch I expect more than a salad option if I am not trying to eat a steak or Wagyu burger for brunch.
