Mariachi Night
We went to this Mariachi night a few mo ths ago and as far as I saw they only did this twice and haven't done it since. The whole thing was really fun and it made a great date. What I liked is that they had a limited menu available for that night only and I was planning on having tacos, but when I saw rhey had ribs I had to order them! I absolutely LOVE ribs, I don't even eat a lot of meat, but I will make time for ribs (I grew up eating smoked ribs quite frequently). What was even better is that I knew I was ordering smoked ribs that were prepared at a "Michelin level of expertise ". They had us seated literally in from of piles of wood and the aroma was so intoxicating. These ribs were ridiculously good; I wish they were on the menu all the time.I believe the white sauce contained gluten and the other didn't. I actually don't care for sauce on my ribs so I was good either way.
Everything below is gluten-free. I held on to this post hoping they would do another mariachi night soon, but they haven't done one that I have seen this year. The live music was pretty cool and dining there is pretty quick and easy (like Bartaco, you just order your food via the website and they bring it when it's ready). For me, I do have to wait for a waiter or waitress because I had to have them check to see if the ribs and sauce was gluten-free.
