Last week the hubs and I had a chance to visit Salt Shack on the Bay in the Marina District during their soft open. Its a beautiful open double pavilion in Rattlesnake Point. If you aren't from the area it may be a little odd driving back there because most of the area off South of Gandy is industrial. They have a prime location with a water view and a great view of Gandy bridge.

Gluten free conch chowder

The prices are very fair starting around 13.00$ for a meal, drinks are fairly priced, and the bakers dozen is a steal. We will be visiting again to try more of the seafood; we did not want to go crazy on the first night. As far as their gluten free options go everything fried is a no go. You can get the baked or grilled fish. I had a chance to test the grilled jerk wings and they are gluten free.
